“As a student of crime with special interest in criminal behavior and spatial patterning of crime, when crime and criminal acts are perpetrated, we are usually interested in generating scenarios that analyzes and answers questions that centre on establishing motive for the crime, processes and activities leading to the crime among others with a view to developing a theory for the crime perpetrated….

On the case of death of one investigator of Tiger PI belonging to Anas which occurred yesterday, I’m compelled to raise pertinent issues which I feel needs to be raised in the light of some information I’m getting this morning especially emanating from Anas himself…. While it’s so sad to lose anyone through such dastardly act of being murdered on the street, it’s also imperative that very critical and cogent questions and analysis is brought to bear on the circumstances and actions of people leading to the death and after the death of the individual….

Someone just told me it was Anas himself who released the video of what Ken Agyapong is alleged to have said sometime last year after the guy was killed ? Is it true?…If it’s true, then certain questions need to asked about Anas and his actions! Beside prejudizing any setious criminal investigation into the matter, doesn’t that act by Anas tell u something about the nature of the crime? Could it be an act to cover up something by Anas and shape public opinion in a certain way to achieve certain effect especially in diverting attention from the real perpetrators of the crime? Could it be that some operations of the group may have gone bad such that the guy needed to be taken out but the video released by Anas himself may be a smoke screen to cover the act? Could it be that some underground activitues by these Anas operatives may have gotten to the wrong side of some of their partners who may want to take him out?

Why would Anas quickly release the video immediately? To divert attention from the source of the act and change public perception and throw the police of the direction of the real culprits? As a criminologist and behaviorists, these are the scenarios crime acts present to us for analysis…? These are questions we raise when we try to analyze criminal patterns…Will the media be bold to ask these questions considering that Anas seems to have almost all of them on his side and seemingly protect him? Is there something he knows that we all don’t know by posting that video?..well, I wish the police are up to the task…These are some few things I will like to draw your attention to for now…

While not impugning motives to anyone , these questions are very germane in any criminal behavior analysis and criminal investigations! What we need to do is to allow the crime itself to speak to us… because in every crime there are a chain of events leading to it that can easily be discerned and unraveled when everyone connected to the chain of events and the victim is investigated and the right questions asked…….let’s retrace the steps leading to the crime meticulously devoid of sentiments and political taunting, and trust me you will find the devil in the details! Let’s begin to ask real nd critical questions! Let’s not allow people to execute what we call in criminological terms “perfect murders”…Lives matter!”
