Amazon Alexa, also known simply as Alexa, is a virtual assistant AI technology developed by Amazon, first used in the Amazon Echo smart speakers developed by Amazon Lab126.
The smart speakers have a voice recognition feature where a human being can just call the song’s title with the name of the musician and Alexa would automatically play the song once the command gets processed.
So Ghanaian musician Bisa Kdei tried giving a command to Alexa to play his Sika song for him but Alexa.
“Alexa play Sika by Bisa Kdei”, he said.
But Alexa responded saying: “This is Shakira from Spotify”.
