Bishop Angel Obinim was allegedly rushed to a private hospital after he was granted bail.
The leader and founder of the International Godsway Church was rushed to hospital after he was granted bail earlier today.
According to trending reports, he is having deteriorating health following the condition he was exposed to while in the cell.
His lawyer Ralph Poku-Adusei confirmed that he is receiving treatment at the Police Hospital.
Obinim charged with forgery
The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service has finally arrested Bishop Daniel Obinim and charged him with forgery.
The founder and leader of International Godsway Church has been charged with offences of Publication of false news and Forgery of documents contrary to sections 208 and 159 of the Criminal and other offences Act, 1960 (ACT 29) respectively.
His bail conditions were set at Ghs100,000.00 with two sureties after other criminal charges were levelled against him.
