A gentleman has reportedly been shot dead by policemen at Awutu Senya after attempting to snatch a Ballot Box.

Even though the Ghana Police service is yet to bring out a statement about what exactly happened, reports indicates a group of land guards attempted to snatch ballot box at a polling centre located at Awutu Senya West in the Central Region which led to the police shooting.

The service has since beef up securities around the place to avoid any other attempt.
