The 36-year-old former Orphan Black star revealed some exciting personal news while appearing on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Thursday.
She joked, “Nobody knows, so don’t tell anyone,” before revealing that her “real big news” was that she got married.
After that, Maslany revealed that her husband was the 45-year-old Locke & Key actor. She went on to describe Hines as a “wonderful guy.”
The Emmy winner cited “certain things you kind of wants to keep private” as her justification for keeping the marriage a secret. She also stated that she believed Colbert, 58, was “the right person to tell.”
