Pope Skinny has on his Asuoden News revealed how Shatta Wale and Burna Boy became friends.
Former best friend of Shatta Wale – Pope Skinny has taken to his YouTube channel to reveal how Shatta Wale and Burna Boy became friends.
He said the African Giant when being faced with attacks from Nigerians and their industry back then, rushed on Shatta Wale to learn how to be hardened himself up from him.
Pope said he was present as they welcomed Burna Boy with cars at the airport. According to him, Shatta Wale moved on to give Burna a car and one of his houses to stay in and in the process gave him a kingship treatment.
The CEO of Asuoden Nation noted that the interviewer was to be blamed for Wale’s flaw and that his former friend didn’t mean to disrespect Burna.
On whether Shatta Wale‘s ‘Hossana’ song with Burna Boy was what blew him, Pope said it is a 50% 50% fact. He explained that Burna back then had a hit song and that he only came to Ghana to learn the hard way from Shatta not music.
