Calvin channeled the frustrations of living below the poverty line and losing his friends into music.
He released his first mixtape on the 7th of July, 2017 titled “The Chosen One” under the Paper Gang Music Label.
He followed with another mixtape titled “Anxiety” later on the 7th of December same year. He released another mixtape on the 18th of June, 2018 called Calboy, The Wildboy.
The hit single “Envy Me” was then released on the 13th of September, 2018. The single was certified triple platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America and peaked at number 31 on Billboards Hot 100.
He released an EP called “Wildboy” in February, 2019 and then followed it with another EP “Long Live The Kings” in March, 2020.
He was featured on XXL’s 2020 Freshman Class in August,2020.
