Caleb Kudah is a very confident, brave and intelligent young man.

I remember him from the GAR SRC days and it’s very unfortunate that he was bullied and treated in such manner by some members of the National Security.

Even if someone violates the law, there are processes that must be followed and it is for good reason that we chose democracy so absolute power does not lie with just one person or one institution.

You might be blaming him for bringing all that upon himself but you won’t understand until your own rights are violated.

Let’s all condemn the actions of those personnels, I mean how do you even kick him in the groin too for just taking pictures of cars?

They could have arraigned him before court if they believe they have good reason and let a judge make a determination.

We see police men stopping people and asking for their passwords to check through their phone to determine if the person is engaged in “internet fraud” and by law, no police man has such rights without a warrant from a judge.

If we don’t speak against these abuse of power, one day it will hit us or someone very very dear to us, then you would know what it feels like to have your rights violated.
