Correa is a baseball player who was previously a member of the Houston Astros.

The Astros made him their first-round pick in the 2012 MLB Draft. Correa received the American League (AL) Rookie of the Year Award in 2015, the season of his Major League Baseball debut. 2017 World Baseball Classic participant Correa won the AL Player of the Month award for May, was chosen for an MLB All-Star game, and won the World Series.

He was chosen to play in his second All-Star Game in 2021 in addition to winning the Gold Glove and Platinum Glove Awards.
