It is unclear what might have caused Chairman Wontumi to be chased in that manner but, the clear thing is that the youths are angry.

The trending report also disclosed that he took to his heels in order to avoid being beaten to death. At the moment, no one knows if the police have started investigating the entire incident.

Chairman Wontumi is the Ashanti Regional Chairman of the NPP. He is seeking re-election to office.
