Just like most musicians and creative arts players, Fameye has lamented over the negative impact of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) on his work.
According to the ‘Chairman’ crooner, the outbreak of the virus has made him cancel most shows and refund money paid him to the organizers.
In an interview on Neat FM an Accra based radio station, Fameye disclosed he had to make a total of GHS70,000 in refunds.
“The COVID-19 outbreak has not been good for the industry and even though it is important we must be concerned about the disease, we must factor our business too because the virus will leave and life would have to continue,” he said.
“Most of the organizers have agreed to hold on because they know ‘bossu’ has delayed the concerts and others also keep calling for refunds but I have done a lot of refunds and I am tired,” he lamented.
