According to reports, the police received complaints of ongoing activity in spite of the ban which forms part of drastic measures taken by the government to prevent the spread of Coronavirus in the country.
On March 15, 2020, President Akuffo-Addo instituted a ban on all forms of social gathering after Ghana had recorded six confirmed cases of the Coronavirus.
