Religions such as Christianity and Islam among others are very much against it.

Well, even though it’s widely condemned that self pleasuring as it is called is a sin, a Nigerian doctor, Adams Ayeni has made list of 10 benefits of masturbation.

Explaining on Twitter, Dr. Ayeni said that masturbation is part of the normal physiological process and healthy living which helps to learn and understand your body.

He also added that Masturbation is usually only a problem if it begins to interfere with daily life and relationships with friends, family, co-workers and romantic partners.

According to him, masturbation has no adverse health effect.
