US President Donald J. Trump announced the designation of a Presidential Delegation to attend the Inauguration of President Akufo-Addo, who secured reelection for another four years in the Jubilee House.

According to a statement published on the US White House website, the delegation will be led by Honorable Dr. J. Peter Pham, who is the United States Special Envoy for the Sahel Region of Africa. He will be accompanied by The States Ambassador to Ghana, Honorable Stephanie S. Sullivan.

The inauguration will take at Ghana’s parliament house on Thursday 7th January, exactly one month after the country went to the polls.
