March 15, 2020, has been declared as National Day of Prayer by President Donald Trump as citizens wage spiritual war against the Coronavirus pandemic.

In a tweet, the Leader of the United States of America demanded that all citizens take the day as seriously as they could.

Mr. Trump believed that it will take prayer to avert the current spread of the virus across the globe and in the States.

He affirmed the need for citizens to rely on God as they always do in critical situations like these.

The country has recorded about 2,000 cases of Covid-19 with 43 deaths.

Meanwhile, the US has announced the ban of flights from 26 European nations except for returning US citizens as well as the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.

He tweeted:

No matter where you may be, I encourage you to turn towards prayer in an act of faith. Together, we will easily PREVAIL!
