Nigerian actress, Mercy Aigbe, has reminded her followers on Instagram to refrain from believing everything they see on social media.

She remarked that believing everything we see on social media is to our own serious and immediate danger.

Her words are so true. Some people make it look on social media as if they’re doing better than you. And if you do not tread carefully, you might see yourself comparing yourself to them.

This situation mostly leaves people less content with what they have — forcing them into depression.
