Dr. Robert Doh was born in June, in Akrofu-Xaviwofe, Ghana. He grew up in Ho in the Volta Region, where he attended primary and secondary school. After completing his secondary education, he attended the University of Ghana, where he earned a degree in B.Sc. Biological Science, MBChB Medical Doctor Degree, Master’s Degree in Management and Administration.

After graduating from university, he did his service at Korle-bu Teaching Hospital and Tarkwa Government Hospital. Where he later worked at Saint Joseph Hospital in Nkwanta now Oti Region.

Dr. Doh worked for several years in the private sector, where he gained valuable experience in the medical sector. After working for the government he decided to go into private practice, where he set up a private hospital (Cedarville Hospital) initially a clinic at Hohoe. His hospital (Cedarville Hospital) grew over the years to become the first recognized private hospital in Hohoe in the Volta Region.

With the help of their International Partners from Germany, they were able to give out school uniforms to some of the pupils in their constituency.
