His father was a banker and the mum was a nurse. He is third child of four children. Ebuka excelled in the Common Entrance Exams when he was in primary four.

He then proceeded to the Christ The King College in Abuja for his secondary cycle education. He graduated in the year 1997 and proceeded to the University of Abuja completing in 2004.

He then enrolled at the Nigerian Law School Bwari in Abuja, completed and took a five year break from school and then enrolled at the Washington College of Law of the American University Washington DC.

He graduated with a Master of Laws degree specializing in Intellectual Property as well as Communications law from the Law and Government program.

Ebuka Personal Life

He got engaged to Cynthia Obianodo, an HR Banker in Lagos, Nigeria on the 15th of April, 2015. The two got married on the 6th of February, 2016 in Abuja, Nigeria. They are blessed with two children.

Ebuka Career

Ebuka was one of the housemates of the popular Reality TV show Big Brother Naija in its first season where he placed eighth.

He is considered as the most successful BBN housemate since the inception of the show. He was announced as the shows host for the second season till date.

He hosted the first ever presidential debate focused on the youth in the year 2011. He was announced as the host of the Rubbin Minds in 2013. He also co-hosts the ‘The Spot’, showing on EbonyLife TV on DSTV channel 165.

He became the host of the Men’s Corner, Nigeria’s first all male TV talk show in July 2016.

He is also a counsellor on the Judging Matters show; the show seeks to solve minor cases of real people getting justice from a small claims court.

The show began airing on Monday, April 27, 2020, DSTV’s Africa Magic Showcase channel 151.

Ebuka Awards

He has won the award for the Outstanding TV Presenter of the Year at the Nigerian Broadcasters Merit Awards for his work on Rubbin’ Minds for the years 2013, 2014 and 2015 among many others.
