The Electoral Commission of Ghana has refuted claims by the NDC that the 2020 election data has already been destroyed ahead of a potential court battle.
The Commission In a release states that Biometric Verification Devices (BVDs) were only activated prior to the election to ensure no one has been verified before the election day and those BVDs were deactivated after the election but does not in anyway Delete any Data.
EC also assures Ghanaians that it has preserved any form of data relating to the 2020 Election, being it physical or Electronic records for both presidential and parliamentary.
