Ghanaian actress and philanthropist Fella Precious Makafui shares 2015 throwback photo without her big nyash.

In an Instagram post by the wife of Medikal, a sensational rapper in Ghana, Fella posed holding a metal with her cute face as usual but this time around, her current big nyash wasn’t noticed.

This has sparked rumours by fans that she had gone for butt enlargement but we think hers is natural.
