A 16-year-old Girl final year student of Miracles Senior High School Sunyani in the Bono Region has committed suicide at the school’s dining hall.

The young lady is identified as Leticia.

The incident is reported to have occurred at Baakoniaba at the school campus in the Sunyani East municipality of the Bono Region.

According to the reports, She was found hanging dead in the school dining hall by her colleagues on Monday, May 17, 2021, around 9:45 pm.

Speaking to Sunyani municipal police service, the police command confirmed that they conveyed the body and deposited it at the morgue of Sunyani regional hospital awaiting autopsy results.

The police have also launched an investigation into the suicide.
