The Ghana Education Service reportedly directs the Headmistress of Achimota school to accept Rastafarian students.

The headmistress of Achimota Secondary school dominated news headlines yesterday when an issue pop up that two Students with dreadlocks were denied admission into the institution she heads.

Her action has been the subject of discussion with some citizens supporting her bold step and others against it. The main argument being that no one should be denied the right to education irrespective of their hairstyle.

Informations gathered by our team this morning indicates GES has ordered the school to admit the two students with their dreadlocks. This will be a good news to the Entire Rastafarian council.
