Ghana is not worth dying for because it is not easy working for ignorant and ungrateful people, he said on the KSM Show.
Prof. Kwabena Frimpong Boateng has been in the news for his alleged involvement in the destruction of water bodies and natural resources in the name of illegal mining (Galamasey) while he should be the one policing it.
He was accused of collaborating with a former NPP Central Regional Chairman, Ekow Awusi, to sell off ceased excavators to party members.
In an investigative piece by Investigative journalist, Anas Aremeyaw Anas, Prof Boateng was implicated for aiding party members to engage in illegal mining, an allegation he has vehemently denied.
The opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) called for his arrest and subsequent incarceration. Prof. Frimpong Boateng is a successful cardiothoracic surgeon, the first to have performed open-heart surgery in Ghana using the heart-lung-machine.
