Ghanaian comedian, Derrick Kobina Bonney has expressed joy at the fact that Ghana is the luckiest country on planet Earth.
According to his description of lucky in the context he used it, it pertains to the fact that the country celebrated their Year of Return before the outbreak of Coronavirus.
DKB believes the Coronavirus would have rendered the observation of the Year of Return jeopardy since all outdoor events would be restricted.
In a bid to troll Nigerians, who believe 2020 is their Door of Return, DKB said theirs will surely be abortive since Coronavirus has jeopardized all plans and schedules.
The Year of Return was a year-long event observed by Ghana which received global participation and endorsement from African diasporans who came back to Ghana to commemorate 500 years after slavery.
“Ghana is the luckiest country in the world. God allowed us to finish our year of return campaign before corona started, imagine a year of return was a 2020 campaign? What return was Nigeria doing for 2020 again?” he tweeted.
