The Ministry of Information have revealed that Ghana has received Madagascar’s herbal remedy called CVO for Coronavirus and that they’re testing it for efficacy.

This was revealed on their official Twitter handle.

“We have received the Madagascar cure for Covid19 and we are testing it for efficacy – @konkrumah #AskTheInfoMinistry #Covid19”, the tweet read.

Madagascar so far has recorded 322 cases of Coronavirus with 119 recoveries and only 1 death.

Their high level of recoveries and low level of death is credited to their Coronavirus herbal cure invention.

As it stands, the World Health Organisation hasn’t approved of the herbal medicine — they warned against the use of CVO without medical supervision and cautioned against self-medication.

So far, Madagascar has sent CVO to several African countries including Comoros Island, Guinea Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Liberia, Niger, Tanzania, Nigeria, Senegal and Chad.

Ghana is the latest country to go for it. Ghana so far has 5,735 confirmed cases of COVID-19 with 1,754 recoveries and 29 deaths.
