Adom FM presenters have come under severe attacks from some Ghanaian social media users for not practicing ‘social distancing’ in their May Day photoshoot.
The workers as seen in a photo shared on their social media handle were adorned in attires of the various professions in Ghana.
Although looking good, they forgot to observe social distancing — a thing they as media people always preach to their listeners on a daily basis.
See the photo below:
Owusu Praises Thomas wrote: “You guys u always preach to us about social distancing but you see what you guys are doing is this social distancing it doesn’t matter if no one have the virus among you but let the education that you give us be among you cos we are learning from you people bham Good work done but I will give u all 3%”
One Prince Agyemang wrote: “You guys are always on the airwaves preaching to us about how deadly this virus is and you’re here taking a group picture with some not having nose masks all in the name of getting likes from the public. In as much as you preach the good message to us, preach to your souls too, to save lives ?”
Another Francis Kwame Edubaafo also wrote: I’m disappointed paaa. Ah! Captain Smart paa how could you of all people. Hmmm! it’s in our blood as Ghanaians. We only shout and make noise about things like these we don’t practice ourselves. No wonder in my area about 50 guys were on a football field playing soccer. Ghana! We are funny oo
