Micheal Essien looses 500k plus followers on Instagram after he threw his support for LGBTQ in Ghana.

Michael Kojo Essien is a Ghanaian former professional footballer who played as a midfielder and currently part of Danish Superliga club FC.

Ghanaians descended on the former black Star player after he posted on his Instagram page showing his support to the LGBTQ community in Ghana.

A day after his post, the followers of Michael Essien on Instagram has allegedly reduced drastically.

He almost hit 2million followers with 1.9million. All of a sudden, his followers has reduced to 1.4million.
