Google launches tools to help connect teachers to students due to social distancing.


Google introduced new resources that will help student and teachers connect as part of it’s responds to corona virus outbreak.

This was initiated in order to prevent the spread of corona virus as recommended by the World Health Organisation.

Google has unveiled a new hub called “Teach From Home“, which was designed to give teachers information and tips that will help them to be able to teach online.

The hub also educates teachers on how to use the tools to teach students online and also connect with other educators online.

The hub is currently available in English Language and the toolkit can also be downloaded in Danish, German, Spanish, French, Italian and Polish, with more language support planned in the future.

Google said it developed these resources by the help of UNESCO Institute for Information Technologies in Education.

The company promises to improve the resources along the way base on the feedback from teachers.
