Ghanaian Gospel musician, Seth Frimpong is dead according to what Celebrities Buzz has heard.

The news of his death was broken by popular Ghanaian Blogger Zionfelix via his Instagram handle.

“Sad news Prophet Seth Frimpong has passed on ?

May his soul Rest In Peace.. he’s remembered for several hit gospel songs like ‘This is just the beginning’, ‘Nyame Anuonyam’ and many others“, Zionfelix wrote on his handle.

The cause of his death isn’t yet known.

The last time we heard of the ‘OkumChorla’ hitmaker was when he came out in 2017 to reveal that things have been tough for him.

He’s reported to have also suffered from diabetes.

He said that he became blind and loved ones he thought would be there for him, deserted him. Even his wife left him during his hard times.

Frimpong’s death is happening just a day after his 2nd wedding anniversary. He married his new wife Dorothy Amankwa on 23rd April 2018.

“Maybe you have not heard but I went blind. I was in my room and wanted to visit the washroom but all of a sudden I couldn’t see anything. It happened for three days but I didn’t tell anybody in this house. I promised myself never to let anyone know about it because I believed I would see again.”

“I always sent the kids in the house anytime I wanted to use the washroom so by the time they will return, I would be done with everything I wanted to do. I didn’t want anyone to see me in that way. I was just praying on the third day and I realised my sight was back” Prophet Seth Frimpong said during an interview in 2017.

Seth Frimpong is well known for his hit songs ‘OkumChorla’ and ‘Me Huri So’,. May his soul rest in peace.
