According to her, the path to the industry is hard and demands a great deal of patience and courage.

She used herself as an example, claiming that she didn’t have someone to mentor her when she first started her job, which led to her making unnecessary blunders.

She claimed that it was only through her husband’s efforts and sacrifices that she was able to get back on track and succeed.

As a result, Florence advises future youth to make themselves teachable so that destiny changers can perform their work.

She also advised against providing sexual opportunities in exchange for favors or having sexual interactions with producers.
