Government to assist micro, small and medium scale businesses with Ghc600 million.

His excellency Nana Addo mentioned during his address to the nation that, government is in the process of assisting micro, small and medium scale businesses.

According to him, a total amount of Ghc600 million has been allocated to be distributed to businesses within the aforementioned categories to help cushion them against the negative impacts of the pandemic.

The President added that, he is in high expectations that, the the distribution of the said amount will commence in June this year.

Aside this financial relief, the president highlighted that, an amount of Ghc 323 million is being used to motivate health workers, Ghc 280 million is equally being used to provide free food for the vulnerable and free water for all Ghanaians among many other interventions.
