Dolapo Badmus who is the Public Relations Officer of the Nigerian Police Force has said that people and authorities must desist from judging people by their appearances.
Her concern comes in handy since most guys and girls who have tattoos are labeled as criminals in many parts of the world.
Also, guys with dreadlocks are tagged as criminals, droop-outs or social miscreants.
This, the police officer refutes vehemently that no one must be arrested or suspected to be a criminal based on their choice of lifestyle.
