In 2008 when Victor was four years old, he was coached in basketball by his mother, who was a basketball player. Victor started his career at his local club known as Entente Le Chesnay Versailles. He then joined the youth system of Nanterre 92 when he was ten. Victor’s parents refused offers from bigger clubs including FC Barcelona and ASVEL. However, in February 2018, Victor was loaned to FC Barcelona for the Minicopa del Rey which is an under-14 tournament in Spain. Victor led his team to third place recording 16 points and 15 rebounds in the third-place game. Victor stands at 7 ft 3 in (2.21 m).
