Step 1: Open the group you wish to prevent from dumping pictures and videos into your gallery.

 

Step 2: Click on the three dots at the right corner of your phone and click on “group info” on the menu that appears.

 

 

Step 3: Search for media visibility and click on it.

 

 

Step 4: Select the No option on the menu that appears on your screen and click OK.
