Nigerian big boy Ramon Abass also know as Hushpuppi’s lawyers allegedly withdraw from defending him in court.
Reports from the lawyers of Mr Ramon, Vicki Podberesky and Gal Pissetzky says their client has stopped communicating with them as he goes for new lawyers, a situation leading to their withdrawal from his case in court.
Mr Abass was arrested in Dubai by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and other operatives around June 2020.
A charge of money laundering and fraud was placed on the Nigerian big boy “Hushpuppi.”
Mr. Abass is said to be the leader of a group behind money laundering, fraud and computer intrusion.
According to the U.S court in Illinois, Hushpuppi pleaded not guilty to all the charges used against him.
