‘I could feel my ancestors on me’ – Steve Harvey says after trip to Elmina and Cape Coast castles

Few minutes ago we pressed her on Steve Harvey’s trip to the Cape Coast castle.

And just after his tour and insight into how our fore-fathers suffered during the slave trade era, he broke down in tears.

In a new instagram posts, the American comedian who was at the Elmina castles as well revealed that he could feel the ancestors on him.

“This was real pain I felt going back to Ghana’s slave castles…I could feel my ancestors on me… Powerful beyond words that I can explain. I encourage as many of you as possible to go HOME for your ancestors, Their strength is in each of us and we must honor their ultimate sacrifice in all that we do. ” Harvey said in a post on Instagram.
