Ghanaian actress Yvonne Nelson says she has considered the idea of moving into politics.
When asked where she got the motivation from, she said that she has borne the desire out of the success of her ‘Dumsor Vigil.’
The ‘Dumsor Vigil’ was staged by Yvonne Nelson and it was a display of displeasure at the frequent power cuts during the administration of former President John Dramani Mahama.
‘I am doing my Masters and I will venture in politics’ she said.
Yvonne added that she doesn’t know which party to join but she is studying hard to position herself for a political career. She added that she is not motivated because John Dumelo, her fellow actor has ventured into politics.
Yvonne Nelson is one of the famous actresses in the country and she has the influence to pursue a political career.
