Sometimes, honesty and integrity come with a good reward. A guy who was given an integrity test by his company passed successfully. And that led to the doubling of his salary which came with a promotion.
Identified as Terry from Ghana, the man who has since gone viral on Twitter, said his January salary was overpaid and he informed HR about it, only to be told that it was a test. Due to his integrity, he was given pay raise.
He tweeted: “My January salary was overpaid. I wrote to my employers about the anomaly. Today, they informed me it was a test of my integrity and because I passed the test, it ll be my new salary monthly. Lord.”
Terry’s tweet caught the attention of thousands of Twitter users including that of actress Kate Henshaw.
