Ghana’s most decorated rapper, Michael Owusu Addo aka Sarkodie revealed yesterday during Akwaboah’s program organized for the Valentine’s Day celebration dubbed ‘Shades of Love’ that he signed him because he wanted to be part of his success story.

“Akwaboah has been in the industry for a long time and people do not have the courage to do his genre of songs. I listened to Akwaboah’s songs but I want to be part of his success story so I contacted him.Akwaboah is worth supporting and this is the kind of music that will put Ghana out there”, he stated.

The hardcore rapper pleaded with Ghanaians to help push Akwaboah‘s talent to the world because of how good his musics are.

“If you are a big fan of Akwaboah, I want you to be proud of him and still keep supporting.Any music he puts out, I want you all to really listen to it and enjoy beautiful Akwaboah music”, he added.

Akwaboah’s ‘Shades of Love’ program witnessed artists like Adina, Flowking Stone, Sarkodie and several others performing.
