I slept with my Ex when by husband was away; now I’m HIV+ and I don’t know who gave it to me – Confused Lady

A confused lady has ran to relationship counsellor, David Papa Bondze-Mbir, for an advice.

According to her, she slept with her Ex when her husband was away. The lady said she wouldn’t have done that but her hubby also cheated in time past. So she felt like even if she cheats, there’s nothing wrong with it.

Now the thing is, she’s HIV positive but between her husband and Ex, she doesn’t know where she contracted the deadly disease from. Hence, she’s seeking for an advice from us.

Good evening. I just read a post you shared from your website ‘Needle in the Hay’ and I am terrified. My husband also traveled for some time and I messed up. I gave in to an ex, who invited me over for lunch, and one thing led to another. It was just a stupid fling. I was stressed and lonely and hurt. My husband was having an affair and it had clouded my thinking and feelings.

I recently found out I am HIV+ and I do not know whether or not I got it from my ex or husband. Neither of the men know about my recent detection. What do I do, Dave?” – From a troubled wife.
