A former Big Brother Naija housemate and model, Tayo Faniran, has revealed how appalling he feels about the fact that he is Black and what he wishes he could do to correct that.
According to the distraught public figure, his biggest wish is to change his skin colour and peel off the Black complexion since most Blacks are insensitive and ‘wicked.’
His frustration is borne out of the numerous ills going on in Nigeria. What made him utter these words is how floodwaters forced him to swim to get to his house.
Tayo believes the Black race could do better to correct these wrongs but their lackadaisical and ‘wicked’ attitude is the consequence of what they are going through.
“I swear I have never had a reason in my entire life to wish I was a white man, but today i wish I could actually change my skin colour, I wish I could be a white man. Black people why are you so wicked? Why are you so mean?” he said.
Many young Blacks are in pain and disappointment over the sheer display of laxity by African leaders to tackling the pertinent needs of their people.
Africa is considered one of the poorest places on Earth while we have all that we need to develop at our disposal.
