It is a well known fact that renting a room in Accra is one of the stressful moment ever. You will have to cough out not less than two years advance to house owners before you can step a foot in even their single room and this is making life difficult for people to get a place to put their heads.
According to Franklin, the act is simply a reflection of Lawlessness in our current society. Revealing that Real estate is a hedge against inflation hence asking tenants to pay up-to a certain amount in advance is simply Illogical.
