As of 2020, Tynan was the 5, 6, and 11 pm weathercaster. She was as well the chief meteorologist at WPVI.
Previously, Tynan hosted the Saturday evening public affairs program titled Primetime Weekend. The show, “Primetime Weekend” has since gone off the air and has been replaced by FYI Philly. The show then was co-hosted by Gary Papa until he passed away on June 19, 2009.
Tynan was married at first but divorced. After she and her first husband, who was a school teacher named Michael Badger divorced, Tynan got married to Greg Watson. The duo have two children together. As of February 2022, Tynan’s daughter named Emma, is 14 yrs old and her son, Luke, is 16 years.
