The dreaded erratic power supply that has been coined as ‘Dumsor’ in Ghana’s local parlance is beginning to stick its ugly neck out.

Frequent power cuts have been on the rise in most parts of the capital including some parts of the Western Region in recent weeks.

Consumers in some parts of Accra have been lamenting over their ‘dumsor’ ordeal and are perplexed at the government’s stance that ‘dumsor’ has been fixed.

The years of ‘Dumsor’ robbed the country of productivity, growth and sustainable development. It led to the collapse of the business and the cost of living skyrocketed.

Are we going to experience that again? Your guess is as good as mine.

How is the dumsor situation in your area? Let us hear from you.
