A professional musician and actor is Lance Reddick. He was born in Maryland on June 7, 1962. Lance attended the Friends School of Baltimore before going on to study music at the Walden School and the Peabody Preparatory Institute.
He enrolled at the Eastman School of Music at the University of Rochester not long after receiving his diploma.
Later, in the 1980s, Reddick relocated to Boston, Massachusetts. In 1991, he enrolled at the Yale School of Drama, where he later earned an MFA.
In 1998, Reddick appeared in his first leading role in a feature film, “Great Expectations,” directed by Alfonso Cuarón and starring Ethan Hawke and Gwyneth Paltrow.
In addition to his role as FBI Agent Floyd Rose in the latter movie, he also had uncredited parts in the action thrillers “The Siege” and “Godzilla” by Roland Emmerich and Edward Zwick.
