Lauren has been very active her entire life. She usually takes a dance or step aerobics class two days a week, but later became a CrossFit devotee five years ago. Lauren’s friend introduced her to the intense workout program and she is all over the media with her outstanding performance.
She has gone viral with videos that she is seen doing atomic sit-ups with a weight, burpees over a bar, flipping tires, and lifting weights among others.
Bruzzone retired from her career after she began CrossFit. She credits her ability to keep crushing her fitness goals to consistency and determination.
