The members of Jamie Foxx’s family are, without a doubt, the most important thing in his life. The legendary Ray actor is not only a doting father to his two children, Corinne Foxx and Annalise Bishop, but he is also a devoted brother to his sisters, Deidra Dixon and DeOndra Dixon, who passed away some years ago.

 

Jamie broke the heartbreaking news that his cherished younger sister DeOndra had passed away at the age of 36 in late October. In a heartfelt statement on Instagram, the actor best known for his role in the film Django Unchained announced the passing of his sister and lamented that his “heart is shattered into a million pieces.”

Jamie loved DeOndra. Jamie raved about DeOndra on The Queen Latifah Show in November 2014, saying she can make any terrible day fantastic. Jamie stated DeOndra showed off her dance talents in the music video for “Blame It On the Alcohol.”

 

Jamie’s younger sister Deidra. Deidra works in Hollywood like a comedian. Instead of acting, she does cosmetics. IMDb says she styled Avengers: Endgame, Black Panther, Marshall, and more. Her brother stared in Sleepless, Horrible Bosses, and The Soloist.
