One lady on Twitter recognized as Victoria Basoah was nearly scammed by a Ghanaian guy on Twitter and via WhatsApp. According to her, the guy wanted to take advantage of their friendship and spend her hard-earned cash.

Taking to Twitter, Victoria Basoah exposed the guy by writing:

“This Ghanaian guy really wants to turn me into an agenda girl with the shit he has done to me. Luring me in the name of love to give him 2,000 cedis, to then block me on here, as I couldn’t. Yet still kept me on WhatsApp, viewing my status’.

I didn’t even notice he blocked me on Twitter until today. If you’re going to block someone, block them from all their platforms. Some people don’t think. I have screenshots but for peace sake, we move. Guilty consciences will never rest. Terrible behaviour honestly.”

Many people blasted her saying she is telling lies. Hours later, she shared some WhatsApp chats between herself and the guy with the caption:

“Highly requested screenshots. The 4th frame was days after, when I had an outburst on Twitter following an influx of e beggars i had in my DM. He even already had my GBP currently converted. So sad”
