Lasmid is winner of MTN Hitmaker Season 8. THE grand finale of MTN Hitmaker Season 8 themed: “Live Your Wildest Dream,” came off at the Fantasy Dome tonight, 14th December, 2019.

The last finalist were Lasmid, Nessa, Kofi Pages, and Alibaba.

And Lasmid stood out of the 4 finalist to emerge the winner.

Lasmid is taking home GH₵120,000 recording deal and the bragging rights.

There was performances from Omo Ada rapper, Medikal, Mr Drew, Krymi and OV among others on the night.

This year’s edition of MTN Hitmaker started with 12 contestants and over six weeks, eight of them, Mawuly, Jeremy, Kojo Karl, Qwesi Ishe, Mimi, Sinam, Singer P and Derrick were evicted.
