The former lawyer has taken fitness Instagram by storm, after her PT Wesley James began posting her workout videos on Instagram. Bruzzone, first began CrossFit in her late sixties when she joined Carozza Fitness which is a training and CrossFit gym. Lauren attends a 6 a.m., hour-long class every day at Carozza fitness.
In an interview with Good Morning America, Lauren explained to the host that CrossFit is not something she would have ever thought she would be doing even if she was asked 15 years ago. According to Lauren, her friend kind of had to talk her into fitness a little bit, but she figured she would try it and if she didn’t like it she would stop.
